Mission Statement

Methuen Artists Unite (MAU) is dedicated to raising awareness as to how the arts are a lifeline to sustain wonder, inspiration, healing, and a sense of community in our city. MAU advocates for and advances an inclusive and participatory culture where all voices are heard; connects with artists, local businesses, and city officials, to build relationships and supportive networks; actively works to extend cultural enrichment in the community at large through collaborative public art installations and exhibitions of locally created artwork in venues throughout the City of Methuen.
